Catholic Charities of Delaware and Otsego Counties has had a Counseling program, including specialized services for Veterans, for over 15 years. We have a contract with the Vet’s Center in Albany to provide readjustment counseling to Veterans of Viet Nam, Lebanon, Panama, Grenada, and the Persian Gulf. We also provide services to Vets that have VAMC coverage. Both of these are available at no cost to the Vet.
